Sign up for the Auto 211 service and receive the first 30 days free!
Payphone211.com will provide automated customer service for a period of 30 days at no charge. The 30 days will begin when the confirmation e-mail notice has been issued with the ANIs loaded in the system. After the trial period, if client wishes to cancel the service, Payphone211.com must be notified in writing a maximum of 7 days after the end of the trial period at which point client agrees the payphones will be routed away from the toll free access number of the 211 service. If client continues with the service, client agrees to pay for 211 service provided after the trial period has expired.
What we need to begin service:
- Please send Payphone211.com your ANI list, site name, and address information in an excel spreadsheet or text file format. For your convenience, we have included this template: 211spreadsheet.zip or you may e-mail in your preferred format also.
- E-mail the file as an attachment to: anis@payphone211.com please allow 48 hours for initial ANI loading.
- If you prefer to fax, please fax list to us at: 626-963-0832
- After we have received the sign up form and ANI list, you will be provided with an email confirmation that your account has been loaded, in the same email will be instructions on how to route your payphones to the Auto211 service.
