- Manage your PSP's credit limits efficiently
Master accounts are able to call the automated ANI loading line and "disconnect" a certain PSP and all his ANIs from the service without actually erasing the ANIs from the database. This is done if a certain vendor has exceeded his credit limit; if the account is temporarily suspended, calls from the vendor's ANIs will not be answered. The ANIs can also be turned back on with a call into the automated ANI loading system.
- Full track
The Full Track service to master accounts allows a master account to activate accounts which it does not wish to have full responsibility for. Automatic end-of-the-month email invoices are generated to the PSP, a reminder at 15 days and account shutdown at 30 days if no payment is reported for the PSP account.
- Email as a sales vehicle
PSPs will be emailed daily with the full 211 activity of the day. Payphone211.com will make available these email messages for a sales message to the PSPs under the master account to include a paragraph size message in one of the monthly emails talking about other products or announcements available from the master account.
