To better assist you with programming for the Auto 211 Service we have provided our customers with the below instructions.
Intellicall - .brt files
In the "Special numbers menu", select the "Special conditions", change the "Repair number" to our 1-8XX-XXX-XXXX (our access number), press F10 to save.
Note: Zone settings should not be changed, keep as default.
Intellicall - .pac files
In the "Maintenance section":
Highlight - "Special numbers". Check the Primary Outpulse Rule number associated to 211.
Then highlight -"Outpulse rules", select the corresponding Outpulse rule seen in Special numbers and change the access number to:
Command Parameters Code (entry is automatic from parameters only) "Dial Digits" 1-8XX-XXX-XXXX 1-8XX-XXX-XXXX Click OK to save it.
