When a refund is requested, the caller's information is taken and the refund is sent from our office on the next business day. The refund is sent in the form of a calling card which allows one 5 minute call within the U.S.A. A prompt refund is a great way to show your customers how much you appreciate their business. The calling card will expire 90 days from the date issued.
The information provided by the caller, your company name and the location from which the customer called are printed on the refund card, assuring better customer retention.
