The caller will get three options:
- Courtesy Call
Call completion will complete a 10 minute call for the caller upon request with a fully automated system. The caller will be prompted to describe the problem they had with the payphone before we complete their call.
- Trouble Ticket
For callers wishing to report a problem with the payphone, a menu of common problems is provided, along with an option to record a more specific message. Menu options include:
- Money not returned
- Can't hear other party
- Broken part
- Problem report by location owner/manager
- ... and more
Trouble tickets reported by the location owner or manager are valuable. The owner of the site may wish to contact you with an urgent request to move your payphone.
- Refund
If the caller prefers a refund or is unable to complete a call within the three attempts allowed by the call completion option, the caller's information will be taken and a refund card good for one 5 minute call anywhere in the U.S.A. will be sent to the caller. The next business day! This service will make a very positive impression on the caller and make them a happy return customer.
