International direct dial

Features

PSP Globalcom provides an international direct dialing program designed for payphone service providers, carried by Payphone211’s proprietary switching platform.

  1. Low Rates

Rate to Mexico City is 5.9 cents. Over 50 destinations with rates under .20 cents per minute. No minimum per month required.

  2. End User Customer Service

Payphone211.com stands behind PSP Globalcom and will issue a refund in the form of a calling card with a 2 minute free call anywhere in the world at no cost to the PSP if the payphone user experiences trouble connecting to their international destination and calls the AUTO211 system. The PSP must be a current AUTO211 client to have this feature.

  3. Security Features

The PSP Globalcom international system is ANI driven. Caller ID must identify the ANI and if it is not in the system the call will not be connected. Authorization codes are tested before the system allows the call to be made. Liability per account is limited to the remaining value on the PSP’s AUTH code. There is also a $25 per ANI (at cost to the PSP) consumption limit per day which would prevent a catastrophic fraud run-up of charges in the case of a coin box breach. An alert would be issued in the case this limit is reached and the $25 amount may be modified by the PSP at an ANI level.

  4. SIT Tones

SIT tones are provided to prevent the customer from losing money while trying to connect to the international destination when reaching a invalid number, busy or no answer.

  5. Traffic Reports

Sample Reports: Daily Report | Monthly Report | Six month report

Traffic reports are e-mailed daily and monthly with the activity by ANI and country. These reports are useful to help the PSP identify the high international traffic payphone locations; therefore, giving you ideas on how to customize your signage to better advertise your international calling programs. These reports will also assure you your international traffic is flowing from your route.

  6. Simple Programming

Destination countries are filtered to only allow calls to destinations under .20 per minute. This way the PSP only needs to program one rate band and send all 011 calls to PSP Globalcom. If a non available country is dialed, the caller will hear a SIT tone and a non available country message. The SIT tone will insure he receives his money back. Other countries may be opened at the request of the PSP.
