Fraud Prevention

Fraud is the main concern facing PSPs, when it comes to International dialing, this is why we built the program with the following fraud prevention features:

  1. ANI Driven

    Caller ID identifies the ANI and if it is not in the system the call will not be connected. Authorization codes have call limits and are tested before the system allows the call to be made.

  2. Auth Code

    By having an authorization code anyone cannot just clip on to the line and generate calls.

  3. Auth Code Limit

    An authorization code is assigned to each account with a per account limit. This limit will serve as a fraud cap, meaning, that once the limit is reached, no more calls will be processed.

  4. Daily per ANI Limit

    The system will suspend international traffic service to a specific ANI when excessive activity is detected. The per day default limit is set at $25 per day which may be modified.

  5. Inter Digit Time Out

    Inter-digit dialing speed is very fast which will help deter manual attempts at duplicating the digit sequence.

  6. Countries Blocked

    This feature prevents traffic from being terminated to expensive countries. Restricted countries may be opened by special request.
