Programming Instructions

Each model of phone has two different sets of programming instructions; Single and Multi-Band operation. Before you choose whether you want to use Single or Multi-Band, please read the descriptions below. Additional programming may also be required to complete International 1+ traffic (NADP) through the PSPGlobalCom program.

SINGLE BAND

Single Band programming allows you to use a single cost band for your international traffic; for example, $1.00 for 3 minutes for all 011+ international calls. The advantage of Single-Band comes with simple and efficient programming along with access to over 50 countries on a single cost band. If your customers try to call a destination that is not included, you will receive a report the next day, allowing you to implement Multi-Band programming strategies on an as-needed basis.

MULTI-BAND

Mulit-Band programming allows you to implement multiple rates to different destinations; for example, $1.00 for 4 minutes to a low-cost destination, $1.00 for 3 minutes for most destinations and $1.00 for 2 minutes to a more expensive destination. Single out key destinations for a more aggressive pricing strategy, offer a competitive rate to 50 countries with your default costing band, and also allow calls to more expensive destinations on a "premimum" cost band.

INTERNATIONAL 1+

Some destinations that are part of the North American Dialing Plan (NADP) such as Jamaica, Barbados and Canada are actually international destinations. By following the instructions in the NADP Addendum, you can offer your customers great rates on International 1+ destinations using the PSPGlobalCom international direct dial program. Instructions for more phone models are coming soon. Please contact us if instructions for your model are not yet listed.

Important! To view the programming instruction documents you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have this program on your computer, follow the link above to download and install it.
