Payphone Ordering

Many times the field technician will determine signage is needed when visiting a payphone. By calling into the Smart Call system and by identifying the location information, the automated Smart Call system will quickly prompt for the following:

If the complete information is not on file or a change is requested (option 2 on previous menu) the system will proceed to ask:

This information will be stored for the fast and efficient ordering in the future.

Phone Ordering

The same options of ordering ID cards from a payphone will be available from any phone. The Smart Call system will ask for the ANI and determine if all information is available from that location or not.

THE SMART CALL SYSTEM USES CALLER ID TO LOCATE ALL SITE DATA AND DETERMINES IF ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO PROCESS THE ORDER OR ALLOW CHANGES TO THE DATA.
